Your inquiry
We collect your business name, email address, trade and requested city or ZIP code. For Other trades, we collect your service description. A phone number and message are optional. We also store the inquiry source, approved campaign tags, the displayed price, the current server-verified offer, calculator settings, availability, a reference and submission time.
Verification review
If you continue with an advertising proposal, we may review and record public business information needed for Handy Alliance Verified, including business profile links, service-area information, public ratings and customer feedback visible on established platforms such as Google or Yelp. We may also record the date and outcome of our direct contact and review. Public review information remains subject to the source platform’s own terms and may change after our review.
How we use your information
We use these details to review availability and verification eligibility, respond and prepare a written offer. An inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We collect no payment information on this site. Privacy requests only require an email and your question; they are handled separately from advertising inquiries.
Storage and notifications
Requests are stored in this website’s database and are not listed publicly. When configured, our authorized notification and CRM workflow receives the necessary inquiry and contact details over a secured connection. Privacy requests are not added to the sales CRM. Delivery confirmations and retry attempts are recorded separately.
Site activity and campaign measurement
We use a first-party cookie named ha_visit with a random pseudonymous identifier that expires after 24 hours. It lets us count visits, form starts and saved inquiries by approved campaign and email-variant tags. This identifies a browser session, not a unique person. It is not an advertising cookie or a cross-site tracker.
Anonymous activity events contain the session identifier, action, page source, selected trade and time. They contain no business names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or free-text service descriptions. A saved inquiry is associated with its visit so the owner can measure confirmed customers. That association and the inquiry remain private. Campaign URLs must never include recipient contact details.
Internal review visits and inquiries are excluded from commercial reports. Temporary hashed request identifiers limit spam. Your browser may keep a confirmation reference for its current session. We use no third-party advertising trackers.
Questions, corrections or deletion
Records remain until removed by the operator; no automatic database retention schedule is configured. You do not need to select an advertising trade or territory to ask about your information.
