Campaign and billing terms
The campaign
Each 30-day shared Craigslist campaign includes 150 placements, with 4 independent businesses of complementary trades in every ad. The schedule is two morning, two afternoon and one evening placement daily, including weekends, in the campaign’s local time zone.
Initial payment and launch
The $345 introductory payment covers the business’s first 30 live campaign days, subject to eligibility, verification and the selected trade and fixed zone remaining available. Checkout temporarily reserves that trade and zone while payment is processed. The paid period does not begin on the payment date; it begins on the agreed actual campaign launch date. Handy Alliance targets launch within 30 days after payment and will communicate any group-formation delay before launch.
Following periods and payment authorization
Each following 30-day live campaign period is $545. By completing checkout, the business authorizes Handy Alliance and its payment processor to save the selected payment method and charge it for following periods under these accepted terms. The $545 rate is not charged at introductory checkout and the first following charge is not due until the first live period has ended. Any written agreement accepted by both parties controls if it contains different billing dates or campaign terms.
Cancellation, postponement and refunds
A business may request cancellation before a following period begins. Cancellation stops future periods but does not ordinarily refund a period already launched. If Handy Alliance cannot launch the initial campaign or the selected exclusive place cannot be provided, Handy Alliance will offer a postponement, an agreed alternative or a refund of the affected unlaunched service. Chargebacks, failed payments and refunds may pause or cancel campaign activity. Specific exceptions confirmed in a written agreement control.
Your inquiry
Sending the public inquiry form requests an availability and verification review. It does not reserve a territory, create an order or collect payment. A reservation begins only during authenticated checkout and is finalized only after successful payment.
Territory and group
We accept one partner per agreed trade and defined territory across our campaigns while the agreement is active. The exact services, territory ZIP codes or boundaries, group, launch date and agreement period must be confirmed in writing. Wider travel coverage does not expand exclusive territory.
Handy Alliance Verified
Before issuing the badge, Handy Alliance confirms that a business is real and reachable, reviews the stated trade and service area, and reviews available public business profiles and customer feedback on established platforms such as Google or Yelp. The badge reflects information available at the time of review. It is not a certification, professional license, background check, insurance confirmation, warranty, endorsement or guarantee of future work, pricing, conduct or customer satisfaction. Handy Alliance may withhold or remove the badge when information cannot be confirmed, becomes outdated or raises material concerns.
Before launch
You review your ad, verification badge and contact details before launch. If a group is still forming, we disclose that status and agree on timing before enrollment.
